They think Megève is best for ‘shopping-happy skiers’, describing the resort as ‘endlessly chic’.

Noting that the resort features in the latest series of ‘Emily in Paris’, their view is that Megève is ‘a high-end resort to rival St. Moritz’.

‘Bursting with shops’

In particular, they like the ‘traditional wooden chalets’ and ‘a village that’s bursting with shops selling cashmere, high-end designers and some of the best eating to be found anywhere in the Alps.’

They like the fact that Megève is just an hour’s drive from Geneva and the 325km of pistes means ‘there’s a lot of ground to cover’.
