Quarantine now slashed to just 5 days - ski holidays to Megeve are now possible again!
How are you all doing as we near the end of the second lockdown? Great news from France, numbers are falling dramatically so looking really encouraging. More good news as well with quarantine having been cut to just 5 days.
Megeve is looking beautiful. The tree is up in the square and it's being decorated. Steve and Jenny are sorting out the chalets and the rest of the staff head out soon so it's all systems go!
Remember Megeve is an ideal place to spend a winter holiday especially at these insecure times as outside of french school hols the pistes are deserted - no lift queues, no jam packed restaurants - just space, fresh air and peace and quiet! Even Where to Ski and Snowboard agrees with us!
Don't forget flexible booking conditions and lockdown/quarantine guarantee!
For added flexibility, we will allow you to change the dates of your holiday to another date in the 2021/22 season with no penalties up to 14 days prior to departure.
We will also guarantee your booking payments for any of our chalets or apartments for winter 2021/22. In the event of a lockdown/quarantine in Megeve or a lockdown/quarantine affecting you in the UK due to Coronavirus for the period of your holiday we will refund any money you have paid us less a small admin fee or give you the option to roll over your holiday to next season with no price increases.
Our admin fee is £50/person in catered chalets, £200/apartment. This is a similar level to the excess you would have to pay if you were able to obtain insurance.
You do need to have holiday insurance that covers you personally for contracting Coronavirus and repatriation should you catch it whilst on holiday. This is available now at a number of providers
