Deep Powder

It was dumping snow last night so was not surprised to find 25cm on my balcony this morning.  So first lift and got to the top of Mont D'Arbois at 9.07.  Gordon and his boys were about 4 cabins in front but had gone - no mates on powder day!!

I mirrored their tracks down Bridans and then did the top of the black Princess. Then message from Gordon that they were going to Jaillet to ski the face, so fast down Pylons, missed the bus so skied the calvaire back into town and eventually caught them at the Chalet Rond Point bus stop.

The face was perfect so we had a beer and skied it again.  Then we met Kay, Carol and Sam for lunch.  After lunch I explored a new route down the Jaillet face and Kay picked me up on the road just outside Megeve.  Great day.
