The Megeve ski area is huge. With over 400 km of piste, it is one of the largest resorts in France, yet the skipass costs at least 50Euros less than other major resorts. The village is traditional, picturesque and friendly. Megeve is occupied year-round - the schools for the area are here. It has two cinemas, a casino and many shops.

Megeve is great for weekend or short break skiing being only 75mins approx from Geneva.

We are a family company run by John & Kathryn Kinnear and their daughter Elizabeth. We have been skiing in Megeve for 20 years, have our own chalets and are always happy to discuss your individual requirements with you.

We are frequently in Megeve to ski with guests, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that you enjoy your holiday.

Debbie and Georgie work with Elizabeth in the office to ensure that the administration runs smoothly and Jason is our resort manager. All of us are happy to share our knowledge and experience to ensure your Megeve ski holiday matches your needs.

Stanford operates two chalet-hotels in Megeve plus a luxury ski chalet and two self-catered apartments. Our chalets and chalet-hotels are all close to ski lifts and the centre of town. We also organise ski and summer holidays in 3 and 4 star hotels. We have our own fleet of minibuses for transfers between Geneva airport and Megeve. We offer an accompanied skiing service to introduce our guests to the pistes. Although Megeve has a reputation as the most chic ski resort iin France, you can stay at our chalet hotels and experience Megeve at very reasonable prices. Our guests enjoy low bar prices and there are no extras for wine, tea, coffee. The equipment prices we have negotiated with local ski shops are lower than dicsounted internet prices and the ski pass is very cheap for such an extensive ski area.
