Megeve Catered Ski Chalet Sylvana

The catered Ski Chalet/Hotel Sylvana is our original ski chalet and has a special ambience which makes our guests want to return year after year.

A former 1 star hotel, it combines the friendliness of a ski chalet with some of the benefits that you would only find in a hotel.

The 15 bedrooms are comfortable but not luxurious. The furnishing and decoration is simple and homely and all have small en suite bath/shower rooms.

Downstairs you can relax in front of the log fire in the attractive lounge area and have a pre-dinner drink and appetisers at the inexpensive bar.

We employ an excellent chef who will serve porridge, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast, cooks fresh cakes or pastries for afternoon tea and of course a high quality three course evening meal complete with wine.

The chalet is very well located only 150m from the Rochebrune cable car. One of the ski hire shops has it's own consigne andis handily situated right at the bottom of the slopes, so the short walk need not even involve carrying your skis and walking in your boots. The chalet is in Megeve itself and the picturesque central square is a short 5 minute stroll down the hill.
