Explore the mountains around Megeve, discover the ski pistes and
have a lot of fun!
During the first few mornings (and occasional afternoon) of your
week's holiday we offer you the chance to get to know the pistes
of Megeve at your own pace with our chalet staff. Any of our guests
who wish to come are very welcome provided that you can manage a
minimum of an easy blue slope.
We will split up into groups according to ability (fast reds/blacks,
slow reds and blues and slow blues) and take off for the morning
to explore the ski slopes. We all meet for lunch so there is plenty
of time to catch up with your friends and family and describe in
detail your latest skiing triumphs and disasters!
Accompanied skiing is a great way to...
- Discover the ski pistes at your own pace
- Explore unfrequented parts of the mountain
- Get to know other Stanford Skiing guests
- Have a lot of fun
Usually, the ski programme runs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. For
true experts, who wish to stretch themselves on tough terrain, we
will try to organise a day trip to the neighbouring resort of Argentière.
Guests skiing with our chalet staff should be aware that they do
so at their own risk. Our chalet staff do not have professional
guiding, teaching or first aid qualifications. Children must be
accompanied by a responsible adult.
