We offer two levels of transfer service between Megeve and Geneva airport.
Shared Transfers
These will be either on a coach or a minibus. Several parties of guests may travel in the same vehicle.
The prices for shared transfers are.
Sunday morning - Free* for catered guests: if you are happy to wait on arrival until midday and depart Megeve at 7am.
(*Just £10 per person each way for self-catered guests)
Suitable for people on flights arriving before 11.15 or departing after 10.30. This is noted as a Free Transfer (F) on your reservation.
Priority Transfers
Our Priority transfers are private transfers arranged around your requirements, except that if there are spare seats on the vehicle
we may use them for other guests (see waiting times below).
Airport Waiting times
For shared transfers, our objective is that you should not have to wait on arrival for more than an hour.
However our prices do not cover the cost of running a vehicle for just 2 or 3 people and we may ask you to wait a little longer.
Last winter, only 4 people (of 880) were scheduled to wait for longer than 75 minutes.
That said, our schedules are sometimes thwarted by flight delays and though we try to reschedule, we do not have infinite resources.
In particular, if your flight is delayed, your vehicle may have left and you may have to wait until the next transfer.
On departure, we normally leave Megeve between 3 and 4 hours before your flight time.
But for evening departures, we may ask you to leave at 4.30 (after a day's skiing), even if your flight is at 10pm
- the bars and shops at the airport are cheaper than Megeve!
For Priority transfers, we plan to include nobody on your inbound transfer who is
scheduled to arrive more than 10 minutes after you.
Your departure from Megeve will be timed as you wish but we must be advised of your wishes at least 2 days in advance.
We do not advise leaving less than 3 hours before your flight departure. If you choose to do so, it is at your own risk.
Flight delays
We do our best to make your airport transfers as easy and convenient as economically possible. We try to be flexible and adjust our schedules when flights arrive late, but we do not have unlimited resources. If you want an absolute guarantee that you will not have to wait on arrival, then you should take a taxi from the rank at the airport. This usually costs 250-350 Euros.
